Ryan Nichols and Gary Nichols v. IMI Motorsports, Inc., District Court, State of Colorado, Weld County, 2017CV30444. Ms. Singleton successfully won this jury trial on behalf of her clients, obtaining a full award of costs and a dismissal of all claims.
Usonia Properties, LLC v. Herold et al, District Court, State of Colorado, Jefferson County, 2017CV31199. Ms. Singleton promptly got 2/3rds of the causes of action against her client dismissed. She then negotiated a satisfactory, confidential settlement of all remaining claims against her client.
Schrecongost v. Cooper et al, District Court, State of Colorado, Arapahoe County, 2016CV31965. Ms. Singleton obtained a Judgment on behalf of her clients that was fully satisfied.
914 Inca, LLC v. Gianulis et al, District Court, State of Colorado, Denver County, 2015CV32605. Ms. Singleton successfully corrected a legal description in this adversarial litigation, reaping significant financial gain for her client.
Michael Cody Anderson v. Conservatory Metropolitan District et al; District Court, State of Colorado, Arapahoe County, 2014CV32480. Trial regarding propriety of a metro district lien. Lien was reduced by over $100,000 in favor of Ms. Singleton's clients.
Johnnie J. Mayhan v. Henry Luken et al, District Court, State of Colorado, County of Las Animas, 2012CV138. Ms. Singleton succesffully negotiated a full settlement in favor of her clients in this quiet title action. As a result of her efforts, the ranch at issue was deeded to Ms. Singleton's clients.
O'Connell v. Gordan et al, District Court, State of Colorado, City and County of Denver, 2011CV5725. This case concerned Colorado's garnishment statutes. Ms. Singleton succesfully represented an employer whose position prevailed in Court.
Innovative Spaces, LLC v. Howard, District Court, State of Colorado, Arapahoe County, 2004CV5087. In this litigation, Ms. Singleton successfully represented Employer in a Commerical Trade Secrets case.
